The scale is gross
Jill Parr, who was the first resident to comment on the planning application, voices something that many people in the Village feel:
While I recognise a need for a small number of affordable houses in the village approximating to 10/12 has been identified which is more in keeping with the area, the scale proposed in this application is gross speculation, has had no village input and is not what was contained in our village plan.
