I urge the Test Valley Borough Council Planning Committee to refuse this application that adds housing to Chilbolton where essential services no longer exist and the existing highway infrastructure is completely inadequate. Development should be holistic, ensuring that homes are supported by the facilities and infrastructure necessary for sustainable, thriving communities
