An improbable surgery

The proposed doctor's surgery is wholly unrealistic. Even if every current resident of Chilbolton and all new residents registered at this facility, the patient list would likely be around 1,200 - 1,300 people, which is too small for a viable and sustainable practice. I understand that small practices are already under significant financial and operational pressure and are more likely to struggle or close. There is no evidence that such a surgery could be properly staffed, funded, or sustained in the long term
