Settlement boundary
Liz Blakemore reminds us, and planners, that the land on which the new houses are planned remains outside the settlement boundary:
It should also be remembered that in 2014 the Chilbolton Parish Council rejected the Landowner's bid to have this land incorporated into the Settlement Boundary. A decision endorsed by TVBC Planners.
