Parish Council plan

I am a strong supporter of CPC's initiative to deliver about 10 new affordable homes by 2030, plus enough small market houses to make the scheme viable. Even then, they must be the right houses in the right place with the right infrastructure. The application satisfies none of these criteria. Moreover, the scheme conflicts with the NPPF, the Chilbolton Neighbourhood Plan and the existing and emerging TVBC Local Plans, notwithstanding the presumption. It also raises material concerns regarding water supply, road safety, sustainability, drainage and impact on the community
