Under threat

In our opinion things which characterise this village are a) the rarity of the River Test b) the rarity of Cow Common c) the character, history and beauty and mix of the housing d) the fact that Chilbolton is a traffic enclave set away from the A3057 and is not an obvious cut-through, meaning traffic levels are low and walking and cycling is easy e) the beauty of the fields and gentle hills that sweep away from the River Test. All of these characteristics are under threat
