Access problems

The current restricted access for vehicles both in and out of Chilbolton for cars and building supplies and the potential for an additional 200+ residents cars will cause congestion and is likely to increase pressure to divert onto the unmaintained southerly end of Drove Road. If the proposal goes ahead measures should be taken to safely manage all access issues
