An ancient village

The village is an ancient rural village, many properties are Grade 2 listed, Some of the village is also a conservation area which restricts even erection of outhouses in some circumstances. I feel that erecting 75 houses with all that comes with it will change the village dynamics and character beyond recognition. It is important to retain the character and history of our cherished village. 75 houses would increase the size of our village by around 17% and this is just not justified in such a small community
