Not community-led

This is not a community led development and does not meet the requirements of the village as outlined in the Chilbolton village plan which was agreed on by the village. We do not object in principle to the idea of much needed affordable homes in a suitable location within the village. We do however object to this massive development outside the settlement boundary which will set a precedent for future expansion on green belt land
