Addressing infrastructure

Michelle Stephens is clear that fixing infrastructure should come before so many new homes:
The demands on infrastructure and services are excessive. In the time we have lived in Chilbolton, we have faced numerous unplanned power cuts, multiple flooding incidents and days/weeks where Southern Water trucks have been pumping water and transporting it away from the village to avoid flooding disasters. Public transport is all but non-existent. The roads in the village are narrow and struggle with today's volume of traffic. All these issues need to be addressed before building an additional 75 houses and significantly compounding current issues
