Existing traffic problems

Carol Eaton describes what it's like driving in and out of the Village:
Driving in the central village is already a daily hazard due to infill development. Coley Lane and Village Street are too narrow to cope with existing van versus car passing and one either has to reverse into a private drive or scrape along hedgerows to get by. Entering the village from the Mayfly Bridge passing Station Road leads into a pinched blind corner by a 2 new house development which is too narrow for 2 cars to pass each other. One driver will always have to reverse. I do this on a daily basis as trucks and vans take up the whole road. It's only because I do this cautiously that no-one has hit me - yet!
