Cynical ploy

I note the application divides the field immediately downhill (west) from the proposed development in two with a generous "footpath and cycle path" (i.e a road), This is clearly a cynical ploy to further render this lower field unusable for agriculture in order to enable future further development, with more of the same issues of drainage and pressure on roads and services outlined above
