Graham Goater explains the present danger on our roads:
The biggest worry I have however, is the danger it will bring to the roads and the pedestrians of the village. In less than a year I have had 1 near miss (vehicle on vehicle) on the blind bend at the bottom of Drove road and 2 near misses as a pedestrian walking up Drove road. There are no pavements, no lighting and as well as the safety concerns, adding more cars to this village would cause huge inconvenience to its residents. The roads are too tight
