News: Parish Council releases details of 65-home consultation
Chilbolton Parish Council has issued a press release informing residents of how they can comment on TVBC’s consultation about building 65 homes in the village.
Anyone can make a comment on the proposals. Chair of Chilbolton Parish Council, Cllr Julian Hudson, says:
Your Parish Council will also prepare a written submission in response to the draft Local Plan, following engagement with the village community. We will provide further details of this once agreed at the CPC meeting on 7th July; provisionally a public meeting may be called during the third week in August. All will be welcome.
How to comment on the draft plan for Chilbolton
The consultation period runs from 27 Jun 2025 to noon on 5 Sep 2025. This allows ten weeks to give views on the proposals. There are three ways to respond
- In writing to Planning Policy and Economic Development, Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3AJ
- By email to planningpolicy@testvalley.gov.uk
- Using the TVBC consultation platform (this requires you to sign-up by creating a login)
