News: By-election to be held in Chilbolton
Test Valley Borough Council has announced that there will be a by-election in Chilbolton for the two vacant places on the Parish Council.
Three candidates have been nominated.
All three are residents of Chilbolton. They are:
- Neil Connor
- Duncan Revolta
- Martin Watson
The by-election will be held on Thursday 13 November 2025. Polling will take place at the Village Hall, between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
If you are an eligible elector and you are already on the Register of Electors in Chilbolton, you do not need to re-register for this election.
How to vote
In Person - at Chilbolton Village Hall between the hours of 7am - 10pm. You must show an acceptable form of ID before you are issued with a ballot paper. This includes driving licences and passports, but also a wide range of other documents - there is more information here.

By post - you need to apply before the deadline of 5pm on Wednesday 29 Oct 2025, your postal vote will be dispatched around Tuesday 4 Nov 2025.
