News: Southern Water ends hosepipe ban

Southern Water has announced that they are ending the hosepipe ban. They said “Thank you for following the hosepipe ban. You’ve helped save millions of litres of water. We’re pleased to let you know that the ban has been lifted”.

The ban was introduced on 21 Jul 2025. Southern Water adds “Please keep saving water where you can to protect local rivers and keep taps flowing.”
