Update: Village Shop - temporary arrangements for Sunday 16 Nov 2025

Following the terrifying raid on the Village Shop during the early hours of Saturday 15 Nov 2025, Nicky Bond has put in place temporary arrangements for prescriptions and newspapers, tomorrow Sunday 16 Nov 2025.

The Village Shop cannot open tomorrow. However, thanks to the help of Steve, proprietor of the Abbots Mitre, Nicky will be able to provide prescriptions and newspapers for her customers at the Pub tomorrow morning, Sunday 16 Nov 2025 from 9:30am until 11:00am.

Nicky is very grateful to Steve for this kind offer.
