Stop Chilbolton Overdevelopment

Stop Chilbolton Overdevelopment has resisted the development of homes at Test Valley Farm

A number of trees were felled this week by contractors working for Alfred Homes, the developers of houses approved in 2025 at Test Valley Farm.

The Northern Area Planning Committee will be discussing the proposed Test Valley Farm development tomorrow. The meeting starts at 5:30pm. Test Valley Farm is second on the agenda.
