In September 2026, Chilbolton Parish Council are holding a consultation on development options within the Village. The consultation is open to all eligible electors in the Village and offers four options: the 75-home development in Drove Road proposed by Mr James Painter; a community-led development of approximately 20 homes at Drove Road; a community-led development of approximately 20 homes at Gravel Hill; and no community-led development at all.
